Step into a world where nature's beauty meets artistic expression at the Orchids & Art exhibition! At the 24th World Orchid Conference, you will have the chance to not only admire stunning orchids in our show area but also explore unique perspectives on these magnificent flowers. The exhibition features several captivating elements:

Botanical Arts

The Botanical Arts Exhibition, hosted by Verein für Botanische Kunst Deutschland, showcases paintings of orchids in their natural beauty with realistic and botanically accurate representations. They will present up to 30 artworks from their own talented artists, alongside pieces from seven international painters.

We are excited to also welcome special guests including Deborah Lambkin (UK), Esmée Winkel (NL), Hilde Oyre (BE), Margarete Pertl (AT), Enzo Forgione (IT), Juan Castillo (ES), and Carol Woodin (USA).

In addition to the stunning artworks, there will be daily demonstrations by talented artists, offering visitors a glimpse into their creative processes. As part of the conference, we are also pleased to announce an expert talk featuring Esmée Winkel and Audrey Reilly (1st chairperson of VBKD).

Orchids in Art

The exhibition is enriched by a diverse array of artistic expressions that beautifully interpret the theme of orchids:

From artful stamps and exquisite porcelain pieces to vibrant paintings, delicate origami, and captivating sculptures, these varied forms of artistic expression offer registrants an exclusive glimpse into the stunning collections curated by passionate orchid enthusiasts.

This segment of the exhibition is partially publicly accessible and can be visited fully by registrants of the World Orchid Conference.
